Little Socks
Opened in 2011 we provide recreational gymnastics to children of all abilities. We operate twice a week from Lauriston Primary school, South Hackney. We offer classes to children from reception age upwards. Our gymnasts follow the Little Socks "rainbow" badge scheme, we hold an annual competition and our gymnasts also have opportunities to perform at the London Festival of Gymnastics and compete in the London Regional Competitions
Affiliations & Memberships
We are a British Gymnastics registered club and are affiliated to London Gymnastics. All our coaches hold British Gymnastics qualifications, enhanced DBS checks and up to date safeguarding.
Little Socks Philosophy
The Little Socks venture aims to promote children's physical ability & confidence. Our aim is for our gymnasts' and coaches to enjoy & develop gymnastics in a safe, structured & fun environment.
To develop co-ordination, flexibility & strength by building up a range of skills according to age & ability.
To encourage our gymnasts to develop as individuals and enjoy working as part of a team.
