15 minute warm up and general mobilisation
20 minute fitness work based around vault skills
20 minute flexibility work based on floor
20 minute strength work based around bars & beam
10 minute cool down & recap
10.00 - 11.25
11.30 - 12.55
1pm - 2.55pm
